What are you most excited about for the 2016 Halloween Season?
We have put a lot of new ideas into the attraction this year. I am really excited to the reactions they will get!

The Deadland is a very detailed and intimate attraction. We keep are room sizes small and our scenes large to engulf our patrons in the experience.
How long has The Deadland Haunted House been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about The Deadland Haunted House's history?
We have been running the Deadland haunted house since 2007. Before that, the three of us that own the Deadland had been working with other attractions in the area as far back as 2004. We have been in our current location since 2011.
What's your favorite experience since opening The Deadland Haunted House?
I love seeing our guest return year after year. We have seen some of them so much we know them by name! We have one individual named Dave that will attend the attraction during our preview weekend every year. Each year he will try to beat the number of trips through the attraction from the previous year!! I get really happy when I see his van pull into the parking lot!
How long is a typical haunt experience at The Deadland Haunted House from start to finish?
We get this question a lot! Most of our customers are in the attraction for 15 to 20 minutes. It is really dependent on how fast you go. Some people will get scared and try to run!

You know, we also get this question a lot! We are very scary, 10 all the way!
Does The Deadland Haunted House's property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?
None that I am aware of but it is an old building. It is not uncommon for me to get creeped out when I am there by myself. That does not happen to me very often in most places that I have been.
