This historic library dates back to 1917 when it was rebuilt after a fire destroyed it in 1893. It is now on the National Register of Historic Places list. People have reported seeing and hearing the apparition in the children's section. Witnesses say laughter can be heard from that specific area. It is believed to be haunted by a little girl.

Jacklyn apartments are haunted by several apparitions. The lady in white has been seen. With so many self exits I have had my own experience. I was awoke by just a head in my bed I was not scared this apartment was and still is haunted. Other people have seen things and felt things at this location, which is now The Springs. Paranormal is sure to please you in this sleepy little town.

I have seen shadow people and little kids running around, and I have heard talking when I’m the only one in a certain section of the upstairs
